Unforgettable memories

It was in 1876 that Norwegian musician and author Edvard Grieg composed “Morning Mood”, incidental music written for Ibsen’s play. First lights of dawn. The gentle and delicate sound of the flute unites with the choir of oboe and strings, accompanying the young Peer Gynt on a quiet and relaxing walk in the morning breeze. In an instant, the melody becomes a caress for the soul, impressed within a natural and irresistible sensation of peace.

Good Morning is the emotional recount of an inner landscape that reveals itself at the first light of dawn, when beauty is still secreted and guarded by the night. The atmosphere is rarefied and pure.

From music notes to olfactory notes

An olfactory suite created by the master perfumer Dominique Ropion, inspired by the high and low-pitched notes of the musical score. The allegro of the top notes, with a delicate contrast of yellow tangerine and sea breeze, expresses the gentleness of the flute accompanied by the oboe, evoking fresh morning air and the pure water of the dew. The luminous heart of magnolia flower and LMR Egyptian violet leaf absolute hypnotises the body and mind in a purifying ecstasy, as if the most intimate emotion could seduce the senses and give in to a state of total calm. The cashmeran and cold musk of the base create a perfect balance between conscious and subconscious: the dream.
