Shipping methods

Orders are shipped on business days (from Monday to Friday only, except for national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and on holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notice with the details of your shipment and tracking references. For further information, you can contact our Customer Service.  

Shipping times vary from one country to the next. During periods of high demand, such as Christmas, longer delivery times may apply.

Deliveries are made bycourier from Monday to Friday (holidays excluded), normally between 9AM and 6 PM. A signature is required upon receipt, so be sure to use a shipping address where there is always someone present to ensure receipt. In the event of repeated failed delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, parcels may be returned to sender.

Shipping areas

Deliveries to post office boxes are not accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make deliveries to the following locations in Italy: Campione d’Italia and Livigno.
